Most people are now aware of the 22 press ups for 22 days challenge to raise awareness of suicide among war veterans. Although the challenge of completing the press ups may not be that huge the challenge of talking about mental illness is, the more aware and open we are we may just be able to help each other dealing with any type of mental illness we are suffering. If anybody would like to give to Mind charity then any amount would be great fully received.
