Purple Community Fund (PCF) is a grassroots, UK-registered charity (No. 1158729) working together with its sister charity in the heart of Tondo, Manila, one of the largest and poorest urban slums in the Philippines. We support families living in extreme crisis situations, where daily survival often means facing hunger, unsafe housing, and no access to education or healthcare. Many of our beneficiaries have little hope or opportunity to change their futures without help. We passionately believe in creating sustainable opportunities that empower people to lift themselves and their families out of poverty.
