Dear friends and family,

Ten years after first applying, I have a charity place to run the London Marathon. I will be running to raise money for the amazing London-based charity Certitude. Gulp.

Certitude support people with learning difficulties, autism and severe mental health issues to live healthy and fulfilling lives, and to be part of the communities in which they live.

Certitude believes that everyone has the right to be treated equally, respected and to enjoy a good life. Their inspiring and impressive work helps people across London to realise this, making a huge difference for people day-to-day.

And this, predictably, is where you come in. I will be enormously grateful for any support you can give.
