I completed Cycle Cuba  in November 2008 to raise money for Women for Women which is descibed on the left. The trip was a total of 370 kilometres with daily rides up to 100 kilometres, some quite scary hills, and a bit of blood, not mine thankfully, lots of sweat, and a fair degree of tears,
