Story
Dear Friends
Most of you are aware that I am preparing to take part in the VSO organised Kilimanjaro Trek in January 2008.
Together with a team of intrepid VSO Challengers, I will climb the 'the mountain that cannot be conquered'. But more importantly the objective is to raise a lot of funds for the LEO TOTO charity who run orphanages and school for children who have lost their parents through various illnesses and HIV.
The Target I have set is £3200 to be raised before end of October and I have complete confidence that it will be done. Here is the deal; I do the training, the running and the sweating, while you get to feel good that you have contributed to a very worth while cause.
Look at that picture, see that athletic body and that determination on that most handsome of face. Does the mountain stand a chance? No! I think not and I am glad you agree.
So I thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Voluntary Service Overseas will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. Please forward it to anyone who you think may want to contribute. So go on do it, you know you want to!
Many thanks for your support.
