I wish to raise funds towards Watford Hospital Special Baby Care Unit (SCBU) following the birth of my first Grandson Max on 16th April 2009 by attempting to climb and summit Mont Blanc during the week of 6th September 2009 via the Gouter hut and Grand Couloir and arrive at the summit of Mont Blanc and descend the same day.

Max is a healthy sized 11lb 4oz at birth and thanks to the skills of all the staff at his birth and especially the staff at the Special Baby Care Unit Max and his mother my daughter continue to enjoy good health.

These skilled staff are always in need of quality supportive equipment therefore I would like to assist those who mums and babies who may be in similar need in future and seek your assistance.
