As you may be aware, on 17^th and 18^th of July the sponsored Trailwalker event will be taking place.  This is a 100 km (62 mile) walk across the to be completed within 30 hours.  Foolishly two of us are attempting this again and have lied to two other people that it is going to be “easy” and “fun”.

We are raising money for Oxfam and the Ghurkha Welfare Trust so please give generously to these worthwhile causes (otherwise Raf will cry).
