Story

Thank you so much for visiting our fundraising page!  We are excited to be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge on May 20th, climbing Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough within 12 hours.  It’s a 25-mile trek with over 1,500m ascent, in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.  We’ll be walking around the same distance as a marathon and climbing higher than Ben Nevis, in under 12 hours … hopefully there will still be time to appreciate the views!

We are walking to raise money for the work of a wonderful charity, Romsey Mill, who support disadvantaged children, young people and families across Cambridgeshire.  Romsey Mill’s work touches and changes lives every day, and there are many stories of hope of lives transformed through their vital work. They support people in many different ways, from combatting isolation faced by an autistic young person, to standing alongside teenage parents, or supporting a suicidal young person to a point where they feel comfortable not only leaving the house again, but are able to engage in education or employment.  You can read more about their invaluable work here:  www.romseymill.org.

We would love you to support us on this journey.  Thank you so much for any donation, big or small - it means so much, and will give us the motivation to walk and climb as fast as we can!
