We are undertaking this challenge primarily to raise money for RedR - the engineering disaster relief charity. RedR uses the engineering experience and expertise of its members to carry out disaster relief work in cities in crisis all over the world. These are people whose impact is not just well meaning but well actioned, providing shelter, water, sanitation and infrastructure that saves lives and helps hold communities together.

The challenges we will face on Saturday 22nd May will mimic the challenges that natural disasters and humanitarian crises throw out to all those affected.
