We Provide a specialist Dementia service to Support people living with dementia
About the charity
We support people and their families affected by Dementia, living in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan . We are based on Barry Island in the Vale.
We support people of all ages with a focus on Young Onset Dementia. This may be at our Barry base, Cardiff, or out at locations in the local area.
