Man v mountain is a 22 mile run from Caernarfon Castle to the summit of Snowdon and down the other side into Dinorwic Quarry. It's 22 miles and a climb of 5000 feet. I've never run this far (ever) and I am used to running on the flat. It's part of a fundraising plan we have to raise £50k for the only specialist Brain Injuries Centre in the UK called the Walton Centre.  We've raised over £30k since last year on justgiving and other events, so we've still got a long way to go. Stroke is a devastating condition and this hospital offers hope to those (150,000 a year in the UK)  who are unlucky to suffer a stroke. Please donate what you can. Every single pound matters.
