At present over 125,000 women die from breast cancer every year. Please think about all the friends and family that you know who have been affected by cancer in some way and give generously.

On a personal note, my mum died in 2003 from cancer aged just 53. I can't even begin to imagine how much she went through but I do know how hard it is to lose someone you love. Not many of us are doctors, scientists or professors - very few of us can have a direct impact by inventing new drugs to cure cancer. But by donating some money we can make a difference.
