The daunting task of my first marathon is looming. April 13th 2008 you'll see me and 35,000 of my closest friends navigate 26.2 miles of downtown London. England, finishing near Buckingham Palace. I have chosen for my charity to run for DEMAND (Design And Manufacture For Disability).  This organization works to bring together Medical Professionals and designers to create special furniture and equipment for children and alults with serious disabilities.  My challenge is 26.2 miles, their challange is daily life. My goal is £2000  (Approx. $4000).  The total raised all goes to the charity.  I cover my travel and accomadations cost independently.  For further information, visit this link: www.demand.org.uk
