From the 10th - 13th June I'll be running, mountain biking & kayaking in the Welsh mountains to raise money for Children 1st as part of the Scottish Widows Microsoft UK Challenge team.

The Microsoft UK Challenge is in aid of Children 1^st and combines strategic, mental and physical trials over 4 days and nights as we compete against 100 other teams from around the UK.

2009 will mark the 9th anniversary of Microsoft’s Sponsorship of the UK Challenge. Thanks to their dedicated support, and the effort of the organisations taking part £1.8 Million has been raised so far and this money is making vital changes to the lives of children all across Scotland. Last year the Lloyds Banking Group raised in excess of £140,000
