The sad old chap on the left would really like your support! I am going to attempt to complete the London Royal Parks 1/2 Marathon and in so doing raise some money for a really good cause. As you know, I am likely to be very slow and this will be quite an effort, but I am totally committed to finishing! So - be assured, I will be calling in my sponsors!
