Well last weekend was quite an experience and I successfully completed the Double Iron UK triathlon  in 28 hours, 43 minutes  (4.8 mile swim, 224 mile bike and 52.4 mile run). I'm a happy bunny and thanks to you so are  Grove House

In a moment of madness I signed myself up for Double Iron UK and convinced myself I could complete the 4.8 mile swim, 224 mile bike and 52 mile run within the 40 hour cut off. Although I have completed Ironman triathlons before, half this distance,  this is is completely unknown territory and a huge step up for me. I would like my efforts to benefit others and to this end I will be supporting Grove House and ask that you help me to help them.
