Every time that I have run the London MArathon I have tried to raise funds for worthwhile charities and this year is no exception.

Aftermath Support is a Fantastic Charity that I hope you are never in need of, but that every one of us will know of someone who might.

Anybody who comes into contact with a motor Vehicle, either as a Driver, Passenger or Pedestrian is likely to come off second best if an accident occurs. Imagine if you can, waving Goodbye to a loved one as they drive away, only to receive a knock on your door hours later from a Policeman to tell you that due to an accident, your Goodbye was actually just that !!!!! It would be devastating.

Aftermath Support is there to help you should you ever find yourself in this dreadful situation and will be a lifeline in your darkest times.
