Apparently I'm running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on 10th October, and suprisingly I agreed to this whilst totally sober.  You could really help me believe I've made the right decision by donating some of your great british pounds to Unicef, and meeting me at the finish line with a very stiff gin and tonic.
