Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.

As you will be aware, the five of us will be attempting the "3 Peaks Challenge" on the 13th and 14th July 2007.

This involves climbing the highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales, being Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pike and Mount Snowdon.  The "challenge" part is to try and complete all three peaks in a 24 hour period, including travelling times.

The 3 Peaks are the following heights -

Ben Nevis - 1344m.  Scarfell Pike - 978m.  Mount Snowdon - 1085m

The total walking distance is over 25 miles, half of which is uphill!!  This is a major consideration for us bearing in mind we're from Norfolk!!!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure.  Our chosen charity, East Anglia's Children's Hospices, will receive your money directly and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no extra cost to you.

The team members taking part in the challenge are keen to raise as much as possible for our local children's hospices and so any donations are very gratefully received.

Many thanks for your kind support.
