The time of year has come again to ask you to dig deep and sponsor me to run the London Marathon 2008!

I've been training since the end of last year and must have covered hundreds of miles by now.  Last night was my last 22 'miler' .  Last year I saw a few familiar faces on my way round the course so please say hello if you are spectating and you see me.  Otherwise you can show your support here through sponsorship : )
