I'm getting my running shoes on again, this time in aid of the NSPCC and this time I'm running 13.1 miles. It's going to be hard: the most I've run is 5 miles, so show some support for my efforts and the efforts of an extremely worthwhile charity.

For those of you who don't know, the NSPCC strives to end cruelty to children through a varitey of different methods.
