Paul and I are both doing the Capital to Coast Bike ride on Sunday 27th June. We start not too far from our house and end in Hove (near Brighton) all in all 60 miles on the bikes all to raise funds for the following well deserving causes:

Cystic Fybrosis Trust: Cystic Fibrosis is the UK''s most common life-threatening inherited disease. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the UK''s only national charity dedicated to all aspects of Cystic Fibrosis.
The Down’s Syndrome Association: focuses on all aspects of living successfully with Down’s syndrome and aims to help its beneficiaries to live full and rewarding lives.
Bliss, the special care baby charity, is the UK’s only charity for babies born sick and premature. We support families, fund research and campaign for improved hospital resources.
