Details of what I'll be doing... I will be abseiling over 230 feet down 20 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf on Saturday 10th May 2008.  I am doing this to raise money for Cancer Research UK (and because I am crazy!! ).  Cancer Research UK are an excellent charity.  They are working to help people understand cancer, offering support to cancer patients and their families and are researching new ways to help diagnose, treat and prevent cancer.
