Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our Donations page.

On the 19th and 20th August the Sanctions Compliance Programme will send a crack squad of project professionals to compete in the IDG Sandhurst Business Challenge. The squad, made up of Angus Wildblood, Sabina Rawlings, Li Yeoh, Guy Parker and Anna Para, will compete in a series of mental and physical challenges against businesses from around the UK at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

Apart from pushing us to our limits as part of the team building exercise, the challenge is raising funds for “Help for Heroes.” This fantastic organisation provides practical and direct support to those servicemen and women wounded in the line of duty in the current conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan – men and women who do a far tougher job than us and who have unfortunately paid a far higher price for doing so.

But apart from this great cause, you are also directly contributing to ensuring we are in pain for two days. So that alone should be sufficient justification to dig deep!! We'll even treat you to some 'after' shots for your bemusement when (if) we survive! :).

(One of the original crew got injured just training for it - any excuse for John to get out of it...- so stay tuned for the aftermath of those that actually compete...!)

Thanks from all of us!

Angus, Li, Guy, Sabina and Anna
