Story
from the age of 2 year old Paula was ill, at first the doctors thought she was constipated then after she started to get worse they found that she was suffering with kidney problems then as things got worse she needed to go on dialysis 3 times a week, she had 2 transplants but both failed so back on dialysis, she was in and out of hospital with one thing or another always her kidney,
Paula tried so hared not to let this get her down and lived a full a life as she could, she had her ups and downs, Paula was just the most beautiful, fun-loving and lively girl you could ever wish to meet, she always wanted me to do the race for life but every time we was just going to sign up Paula ended up in Leeds hospital so we never got round to it.
Paula was in Leeds waiting for an opp on her let so they can dialyse her instead of fistula in her arm which was closing, but then on the 18Th jun 2009 Paula went back up to the ward and told staff she didn't feel well, next thing we had that phone call, Paula suddenly lost her life and is and always will be so much missed,
so i decided to raise money for kidney research so on the 10Th October 2009 i did a tandem skydive in memory of Paula and to raise about £700.00 with sponsors and a just giving page for kidney research UK
on the 19Th september 2010 I'm doing the great north run also in memory of her, even 1 year on it still pains us all knowing she will never see her again so pleas find it in your hearts to donate and support this good course
