Thank you for supporting me to take part in Memory Walk this year and raise much needed funds for Alzheimer's Society.

All of the money I raise will help support people living with dementia and their families, so your donation will make a huge difference.

If I can raise just £50 then that will pay for someone with dementia to go to weekly Dementia Café sessions for a month, where they can meet others, share experiences and feel less isolated. 

My mother in law/nana has dementia and she is very close to our hearts. We want your money to help look after all the people who have been diognosed with this illness. This charity needs as much money as possible to make a difference to peoples lives. I'm sure that you all agree that this charity is very important. No matter how much money you give it all helps to pay for new medicines to help people with dementia live a normal life.
