I can't believe I have agreed to abseil, SAS style (freefall) -from the Forth Rail Bridge! Help! I had originally sent emails out encouraging friends and family to abseil themselves only to find you all agreeing to sponsor me! I honestly feel quite sick at the thought of standing on the ledge ready to step off!

I have been working for Down's Syndrome Scotland for 2 years and I am very committed to its vision and objective to enable all those in Scotland, with Down's syndrome, to reach their full potential.
