I'm Lee from Manchester based accountants and business advisors, Sedulo, and on Sunday 20th September I'll be swimming, running and cycling nearly 20km (around 12.5 miles) in a bid to complete the sprint distance event, the Ilkley Triathlon.

I'll be completing the event as a personal challenge (this is my first triathlon) and to raise money to help support the fantastic children's bereavement charity, Once Upon A Smile.

I have been training hard for the event, taking up cycling and boxing, and would really appreciate any and all donations to help achieve my fundraising target for the charity.
