We give care and support to patients when it matters most.

Story

It all started in May last year, when Jamie, our coach, started taking us out for a run during lunch.  Through his hard work, training (and nagging), we've become super running machines and have been inspired to enter the 10k.

We're hoping to use this challenge as an opportunity to raise funds for St Peter's Hospice, who have been there for thousands of people in and the surrounding areas, improving the quality of life for patients and supporting their families and loved ones.  The cost of this service is over £6 million a year and every single penny you donate (plus what we grab back from the government), helps.  The funds raised will go towards the Brentry Hospice and the Family Liaison and Grief Support (FLAGS) service that supports bereaved children, young people and their families.

So, in the words of a scruffy Irishman "give us your XXXXing money"

We're letting you off by only sending 1 request from all 3 of us, but please don't let that limit your generosity.

For our part we'll keep training hard (Jamie will keep nagging us), and we'll make sure that we do our very best at the Bristol 10K on the 9th May.
