Story
My masi (aunt) passed away 12 years ago from a rare form of adrenal gland cancer after a 6 year battle with the disease, during which time, she had 3 major surgeries. Despite her illness, she was always optimistic and courageous, completing a degree and a teacher training course. Just before she died, she about to start a job as a teacher working with children with autism. I was 4 years old at the time of her death and as I was very close to her, I always wanted to help others in her memory. I am cycling from London to Paris on the 19th of August 2010 to raise money for Cancer Research to help people like my masi.
