Sharon Macdonald was with Morgan Stanley for just 15 months yet she achieved something remarkable in that short time.  She made Customer Marketing a team, she instilled pride in us for what we did, she taught us how to be the best we could be.

The saddest part about Sharon's death is that there are so many people in the world who will now never be able to meet her, to hear her speak, to laugh at her jokes, to learn from her, to love her...

So in Sharon's honour, as a lasting memorial to our beloved friend, colleague, mentor, manager (and comedian), CBGI are sponsoring a project for Plan UK .  The project is to build a school in Mali, so that even though they will never meet her in person, Sharon will still be helping people to make the best of themselves, in an environment they can be proud of and learn and laugh in.
