Having been involved in various charity fundraisers over the years, I'm now taking part in my first ever charity bike ride.  I will be raising as much money as I can for the British Heart Foundation (BHF), taking part in the London to Brighton bike ride.  It's 54 miles and I've never ridden further than 5!  So I need as much support as I can get.

Approximately 2.6 million people in the UK are living with coronary heart disease (CHD). You, or someone you know, might be one of them.  Raising money for the BHF can help fund pioneering vital life-saving research.
