Although we (Jane Ash, Alex Attard, Morris Attard, Tony Brown, Nigel Blackamore, Gideon Calder, Rachel Calder, Beth Chalmers, Adrian Corbett, Alex Egan, Simon Elias, Sian Evans, Cheryl Hudgell, Tom James, Matthew Lloyd, Simon Ludders, Llys Morus, Brendan Mullane, Leah Perkins-Ford, Arabella Smith, Stuart Todd and Liz Waites) are running for a shared cause, for each of us running the CARDIFF HALF MARATHON in October represents an individual challenge and we thank you for your support. We are running in memory of the beauty and loveliness of Sian and in honour of the warming support she received from the Marie Curie Hospice Penarth.
Sian died on the 20th July, 2006. Sian had a wonderful and sparkling character. Since being diagnosed with . advanced breast cancer in February 2005, she lived as much as possible, with the same character and ensuring that life would find a way of carrying on. Thank you Sian. Sain lived this way with the support of many people. The support she received from the MARIE CURIE HOSPICE PENARTH was exceptional in helping her walk through her dark places and in giving her the scope to die as well as she had lived. Thank you Marie Curie.
Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure.
