I have signed up to do the 2004 10-day Born Free Sri Lanka trek to raise money for the Elephant Transit Home which is an orphanage for baby elephants who are returned to the wild at the age of 4. I have never done anything like this before but couldn't think of a better way to see Sri Lanka whilst raising money for a great cause at the same time.
