The Highland Cross is a 50 mile duathlon, crossing Scotland from coast to coast at its narrowest point.  We start in the morning at Morvich on the west coast, then run over the mountains and through Glen Affric, before getting on our bikes for the 30 mile cycle into Beauly. 

It's Claudia and Elaine's first time doing the Cross, but Elizabeth's fourth!
