We continue as a family to support Great Ormond Street Hospital not only because of the amazing things its done for our family, but because of the incredible treatment it provides for so many children, with such a variety of extremely complex conditions.  We want to support GOSH so it can continue with its incredible work and help as many children as possible.

Next event - Annabel 100 mile bike ride 4 august prudential ride london to surrey

Then we will also be doing a sprint triathlon at woburn abbey on 8 sept, 400m swim, 20k cycle, 5k run this is a great challenge even for someone whos never done a triathlon before. 

Jessy Zak and Rafi will do a Scootathlon also on Sept 8th 400m scoot, 400m run and then 400m bike ride.
