Story

SOUTHERN SPINAL INJURIES TRUST/SOLAROLA ADVENTURE

The Southern Spinal Injuries Trust is delighted to be taking part in the SolaRola Adventure. The six teams of drivers, many of whom have a disability, will be raising awareness about climate change and the effective and versatile use of solar power especially for wheelchairs.

The teams depart London on 21st May 2008 and will be travelling approximately 120 miles using solar powered vehicles, arriving in the parade ring at the Royal Bath and West Show on Wednesday 28th May. Along the journey, fundraising events will be held and collections made in support of the six charities taking part in this adventure. If you would like to sponsor the SSIT Team, you're in the right place!
