Story
In June 2015, I am cycling from Cardiff Arms Park to the Eiffel Tower in Paris over 4 days to raise awareness and money for the #StayStrongForOws campaign in partnership with The Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust.
23 year old Wales International Owen Williams suffered a significant injury to his cervical vertebrae and spinal cord while playing for the Cardiff Blues in June 2014, competing in the World Club 10's Tournament in Singapore.
Owen is currently at the Welsh Spinal Injuries and Neurological Rehabilitation Unit at Rookwood Hospital in Cardiff as he continues his long-term rehabilitation and recovery.
Owen's father has been a friend and work colleague for 30 years and will be riding alongside the other Team USW member Steve Powell.
