In February 2007 I will be cycling through the Rift Valley in Kenya in aid of Mind The Mental Health Charity.  This is a massive challenge for me and I have never done anything like this before but I will be training hard to give this my best shot and your sponsorship will really motivate me to keep going! 

Mind is the leading mental health charity for England and Wales, and works to provide help for those affected by mental health problems, and their families and carers. Mental health problems can affect anyone and it is estimated that 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem throughout their life.

I am aiming to raise £2,700 for Mind, so please do sponsor me if you can - the money I raise will go directly to Mind and will help them do a lot of good work.
