Hi,

Some of you may have noticed that I have been doing a lot more exercise than normal. This is because I have signed up to the London Triathlon on the 10th August 2008 (1500m Swim, 40km Bike, 10km Run) You may ask why and possibly question about my sanity, which is something that goes through my mind on a regular basis, quite often when I am physically exhausted during training and also when I am looking at my empty Guinness fridge!

However along with my own personal drive and stubbornness, I am also spurred on by the greater good which can be achieved by raising much needed funds for The Children's Trust Tadworth. http://www.thechildrenstrust.org.uk/
