Welcome to the Justgiving page for the Steph Maynard Region.
ABOUT CHILDREN ON THE EDGE: Children on the Edge is an international charity that was founded by Anita Roddick in 1990. They monitor and respond to global situations where children's human and educational rights are being denied. Every day they work with over 5,000 of the world's most vulnerable children in 10 countries across three continents.
Your donation will enable them to give vulnerable children worldwide the right to education and a brighter future. THIS YEAR'S CHALLENGE:
This year is the 20th anniversary for Children on the Edge, and to mark this special year, Children on the Edge has launched an appeal to each The Body Shop At Home™ Manager and Consultant to raise just £20.
Given the very special anniversary year, £20 is of course a very relevant figure for our 2010 Challenge. However, the motivation for this figure does go much deeper - £20 is enough to send one child to school for one year.
So, for every £20 raised we can change a child's life.
