We raise funds from the property industry to help young people who are homeless

Story

St. Modwen works closely with the charity Land Aid, an organisation that brings the property industry together to provide safe, suitable and affordable accommodation for young people facing homelessness, giving them a brighter future.

On 9/10th February 2019, 24 intrepid St. Modwen colleagues will be embarking on the Cyclone 24 challenge at Derby Arena. The event is a team relay held over 24 hours, where the challenge is firstly to keep riding for the full duration, but also to clock up the most laps of the indoor track. St. Modwen have 4 teams taking part, demonstrating our commitment to supporting LandAid, but also providing a certain level of competition between the participants.

The teams consist of the following members:

Team 1 - Richard Bailey, Richard Carter, Tim Jones, Pete Davies, Jonathan Green, Simon Seaton-Smith

Team 2 - Emily Marchant, Emilie Todd, Kim Walton, Russell Price, Greg Evans, Richard Todd

Team 3 - Ian Romano, Gregg Titley, Rob Richardson, Matthew Bean, Dave Fox, Ben Bathurst

Team 4 - Tim Seddon, Nick Kay, Phil Robins, David McGougan, Neal Haywood, Mark Willson

Thank you for your support.
