Hey Guys,

We thought you might like to know how the bike ride went.

With all the climbs (the constant ups and down - with a total climb of 5500ft if you add up all the climbs - absolutely dreadful, dreadful) - this ride is no doubt the most difficult bicycle ride we have ever taken part in. However, you will be glad to know - after 7 to 8 hours of huffing, puffing, cursing (whatever words you can think of - we probably said it - directed only at the hills) and cycling of course - all three of us successfully completed the 80 miles bike challenge.

We like to think that we are now a little fitter and wiser. Wiser in the sense that - if there is ever a next time - we think we might sponsor you instead - rather than doing it ourselves :) But seriously it is great fun, and we think everyone should have a go.  With a lot of luck, you might even see us next year (you wish!).

Most importantly, we have managed to raise £630.00 for The Children's Trust - thanks to all your support. For those of you who have not yet donated, it is still not too late to do so below.
