I will be taking part in the London Marathon (my first marathon!!) on 26 April 2009 in support of the Terrence Higgins Trust!

THT is the leading HIV and AIDS charity in the UK and the largest in Europe, established in 1982. Your money will help funding all the activities that they are providing to over 50,000 people a year. Their main activities include:

~ provide services which improve the health and quality of life of those affected
~ reduce the spread of HIV and promote good sexual health
~ campaign for greater public understanding of the personal, social and medical impact of HIV and AIDS
