Story
After our graduation (Hopefully) from Harper Adams University the four of us wanted to do something to celebrate while giving back to others. The Three Peaks Challenge is well known throughout the UK. It consists of trekking the three highest peaks in the UK, Ben Nevis, Mount Snowdon and Scaffel Pike all within 24 hours. We will start our endeavour on the 21st of June and, all going to plan, finish 24 hours later.
We as farmers sons know how important our industry is in the grand scheme of things. RABI have shown great support for farmers and farm workers of all types throughout the UK, its time we did our bit to give something back!
The majority of RABI's finances come from fundraising endeavours such as this. If we as young people can promote our own cause we can potentially reach hundreds of people via our social media accounts and really make a difference to our fellow countrymen. It is important to all of us that we get out there and make an active contribution to those who have been selfless enough to help our farmers in times of need.
Above all, we are a team, and together we can make a difference. No contribution is too small, please help us help ourselves!
