Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.  I am taking part in the London Marathon on 13th April and Sussex Triathlon in June to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. We have raised over £5000 for GOSH over the last 3 years.

The hospital will always play a very special part in the life of our family since our daughter Tahlia (pictured left with her brother Alex) received life saving pioneering surgery on her trachea from Professor Martin Eliott. The follow-up care is incredible and if you are thinking of giving to charity I can assure you this is one that really helps people in very difficult circumstances.

Tahlia is recovering well and has regular visits to the hospital. She has also become something of a celebrity since the 'Child in a Million' TV programme was aired last year. She is often featured in GOSH charity literature and was a special guest at the Tick Tick Club summer reception where I spoke about our GOSH experience. She was able to rub shoulders with Gary Linekar, David Cameron and other grown-up celebrities!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity (GOSHCC) will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
