Mae Tom a Siôn wedi gosod her i’w hunain –i feicio dros 250 o filltiroedd o un pen o Gymru i’r llall – o Gaergybi i Gaerdydd. Dani’n gobeithio cwblhau’r her mewn 5 diwrnod rhwng 8fed o Fai a'r 12fed o Fai.

Ar yr un pryd, byddwn yn codi arian tuag at Ward Alaw, Ysbyty Gwynedd a gwasanaethau dementia cymunedol ar gyfer Awyr Las er mwyn sicrhau bod unigolion sydd gyda chancr a dementia yn derbyn y gofal gorau.

Byddwn yn gwerthfawrogi unrhyw gyfraniadau o unrhyw faint. Diolch yn fawr.

Tom and Siôn have set themselves a challenge– to cycle over 250 miles from one end of Wales to another – from Holyhead to Cardiff. We hope to complete the challenge in 5 days between the 8th of May and 12th of May.

At the same time, we hope to raise money towards the Alaw Ward in Ysbyty Gwynedd and dementia services within the community for Awyr Las to ensure that those who have cancer and dementia receive the best care.
