It's five years this April since I received my cancer diagnosis.....how time flies!

Most of you reading this know I can't resist a good challenge and have taken on something each year, for the last few years. Not specifically to raise money but to exercise my stubborn streak more than anything!

So this year Allan, myself and our good friend Nigel will be participating in a 400K Audax (Bike Ride) in hilly Wales. A route from one sea-side town in Wales to another and back again, with over 17,000 ft of climbing. We will be starting at 9pm on June 8th and (hopefully) will complete it in one go! If you'd like to donate we'd be very grateful but I hate asking for money so absolutely no pressure!
