Story
99 Miles in November
This November, myself, Charlotte, Dot, Louise, Elanna, Leah, Gwenda, Gemma, Jade, Amme, Lucy, Lynzi & Saran are running/walking 3.3 miles every day in memory of our amazing mam, Nan Aunty Jackie, who sadly lost her battle with a brain tumour on the 25th of September after a year-long fight.
Jackie was truly one of a kind — elegant, graceful, and full of life. She was our queen, always with her hair and makeup perfectly done, no matter the occasion. But beyond her style, she had the kindest heart, a wicked sense of humour, and a strength that inspired everyone around her. Even in the toughest moments, she never gave up.
We want to honour her spirit, her laughter, and her fight by doing something that takes endurance, dedication, and love — just like she showed us every day.
By running 3.3 miles each day throughout November, we hope to raise awareness and funds to support those affected by brain tumours, and to help find better treatments for the future.
Every step, every mile, and every day of this challenge is for our Jackie — for the woman who showed us what true strength looks like. 💜
We accept and thank you for any donating, sharing, and helping us keep her memory shining bright.
