Story

Watch the whole journey filmed by William Ranieri for Latest TV here https://www.facebook.com/watch/thelatest.tv/1744216429301746/

We are a group of 15 passionate cycle activists who have a great concern over the lack of effective action by the united nation's Conference of the Parties (cop) towards our unravelling national and global climate and ecological emergency (C.E.E).

This year the United Kingdom will be hosting Cop 26 in Glasgow.

XR Rebel Riders are cycling from Brighton to Glasgow in 9 days, from 24 October to 01 November. We will be covering over nine days on average 60 miles per day, equalling a total 0f 522 miles.

Our goal is not to be disruptive (i.e. critical mass etc.) but educational, highlighting each day either a national issue of C.E.E or an act of community adaptation or mitigation via the national press, radio and social media.

Each evening we will host a Climate and ecological breakdown Quiz and Will cordially invite local communities to channel their inner Attenborough, with questions based on this the ultimate challenge of "our" time.

The Team have assembled to raise awareness of Climate Change and government greenwash and inaction.
